For multi-packs of the same product, the guarantee applies to one unit only.
To help reduce unnecessary waste and shipping emissions, we do not require you to send the product back. If you no longer wish to use it, you are welcome to pass it along to a friend or family member.
Purchases from Other Retailers
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from phoenixsignature.com.
If you purchased a Phoenix Signature product through another retailer or marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other third-party sellers, please refer to that retailer’s own return and refund policy and contact them directly for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at Info@phoenixsignature.com and include:
-Your Order ID
-The product name
-A brief note about your request
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, excluding any shipping charges.
Order Accuracy
Phoenix Signature is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. We are unable to refund or replace orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry error.
Subscription Orders
If subscription or recurring orders are offered on our website, cancellation requests must be submitted before your payment method is charged for the next renewal.
Because our fulfillment process begins quickly to ensure fast shipping, once a subscription renewal has been processed and is already in fulfillment, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
